Yes — all items sold on SAPOLOGIE STUDIO are 100% authentic. We source our pieces from trusted suppliers / sellers and all their items undergo a detailed in house verification process. When additional verification is needed, they partner with reputable third-party authentication services who carefully verify the piece through a rigorous authentication process.

2. WHAT IS THE condition of the items?

All of our products are pre-owned. Some pieces may show signs of wear, as they have been previously loved and enjoyed by their former owners. Any imperfections are part of their story and character. Every item remains fully usable and in good condition, ready to be loved again. Please refer to our condition guidelines below for full transparency. Please review all images carefully before purchasing, as they form part of the item’s description and show the condition in detail.

• May include visible scuffs, marks, corner wear, or interior wear

• Hardware may show wear or tarnishing

• Still wearable and usable

3. Do you accept returns?
